The apartments at Apartments Okuka in Tivat are simply amazing! The rooms are cozy and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I loved the satellite TV and fully-equipped kitchenette. The sea views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking. The private bathroom with free toiletries was a nice touch. the rooms were clean and had a cozy vibe.

One thing that I personally didn't enjoy as much was the separated unit set in the yard. But hey, that's just my opinion and some people might actually enjoy the added privacy.

Setting near the old town of Kotor and the luxury area of Tivat and Porto Montenegro, and Roda supermarket in Kamenari. Btw, located so close to the center. Reasonably priced place.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The apartment was well equipped in every respect, including the kitchen and bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the price included Wifi and TV, without any additional charges. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the sea, although it would have been even better with a sunshade. The neighborhood was quiet, and there were free, unpeopled beaches nearby for a relaxing swim. I would rate this hotel 10 out of 10 and would even give it more if I could!

We had a wonderful time at Apartments Okuka and we can strongly recommend this place. The room is quite large and well-equipped, with a fridge and cooking equipment. The air conditioning works very well, which is necessary in the hot summer temperatures. The wi-fi is reliable and has a great range, allowing us to stay connected even while boarding a ferry. The balcony may be small, but the view from it is absolutely gorgeous. We loved watching the ferries, ships, and sailboats criss-crossing the strait. The hosts, including Jelena who speaks English, were incredibly friendly and hospitable. They always offered help and even surprised us with delicious homemade cevapi and palacinke. The location is convenient with a mini-market nearby, a larger supermarket across the water, and a restaurant within walking distance. The nearest beach is also close by. we feel we made a very good choice by opting to spend our time at Okuka. I would highly recommend it!

I simply adored the charming decor of the apartments at Okuka. The soft pastel colors and delicate furnishings made me feel right at home. The general areas were always tidy and well-maintained, and I appreciated the accessibility for seniors. The building had ramps and handrails in all the right places, which made it easy for me to get around without any issues.

If I could make one small suggestion for a better vacation for seniors, it would be to have more grab bars in the bathrooms. This would provide extra support and assistance for those of us who may need a little help.

I had a truly fantastic stay at this hidden gem in beautiful Montenegro. The hosts were wonderful and went above and beyond to make my vacation enjoyable. Their young son even greeted me and showed me around the apartment. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, especially when a cruise liner passed by. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything I needed and was spotlessly clean. I even had my towels changed daily and received surprise treats like hot, battered local white bait. The location, while quiet, was conveniently located between Tivat and Kotor, with easy access to explore both areas. The ferry boats nearby did create some noise, but it didn't bother me at night when I closed the terrace door. Although there weren't any restaurants or larger stores in the village, I was prepared for that and found everything I needed in a short car ride or ferry ride away. I highly recommend this place and would give it a 10 out of 10!
